1. Are you legit? What is the guarantee that my items will be delivered?
- Yes, DermaPro SkinCare Online Shop is 100% legit. We are operating since 2012 in SULIT.COM.PH and numerous feedbacks are given by loyal customers but they erased it when they transitioned into OLX.COM.PH. You may view our olx page at www.members.olx.ph/DermaProSkinExpress
2. Where do your items come from?
- All derma products are supplied directly from a manufacturer here in the Philippines. Our Derma Lab supplier are in compliance with FDA and Quality Assurance Guidelines.
3. Do you do meet ups or can we pick up the items from your office?
- No we don't do meet-ups. But we will deliver your items in your indicated shipping address.
4. Do you have a physical store? Can I visit to shop?
- We do not have physical shop yet.
5. Where are you located?
- Our online business is located in Taguig City.

2. Any minimum order required?
- Yes, at least two derma products. But no minimum requirement for Derma Formulated Sets.
3. Do you accept reservation of items?
- No, only paid orders are being processed.
4. Is return, refund & exchange possible?

5. What if item received is damaged/defective/wrong item?
- We are committed to excellence in customer service, and will take prompt action to correct the issue with your order. If your item has arrived broken, it is not our responsibility to replace it. We package the items properly to prevent breakage.

2. Is there other mode of payment?
- We are working on that. But as of now, BDO over the counter payment is our preferred method.
SHIPPING FAQ'S:
1. How much is the shipping charge?
- Only Php 40.00 Shipping Fee for 1kg Metro Manila orders. For other info please refer to this page.
2. What's your courier? Is it door to door delivery or I have to pick up the items?
Our courier for Metro Manila and nationwide shipping is Philfox Courier/LBC. All of the orders are door to door delivery except for very rare cases that shipping address is outside the delivery areas of the said couriers or through customers will to pickup the package on any LBC branches. 3. How many days will I receive the items once I have settled the payment?
Customers may order between Sunday - Thursday only and should settle the Total Price on or before Thursday 3pm. You will receive your package Monday the following week for Metro Manila and Tuesday for Provincial areas.
4. Can I request to pick up my order at any LBC branches?
Yes, you may do so by informing us that you prefer this method.
5. How will I know if my order is already dispatched?
You will get a text message from us regarding your package. It includes tracking number and expected day of delivery. But for pick-up of package on any LBC branch, specifically for Metro Manila orders - you may already pick up your package during Sundays on your preferred branch.

7. So when do you ship my orders?
Only every Saturday morning (every week) to minimize the cost of handling fee for picking the orders from manufacturer's laboratory.
8. So is there any way that you can ship orders at least twice a week? I don't want to wait that long for my order.
We are working on that. But occasionally, we ship items twice a week but only for customers that have orders 1000.00 above. Only decided customers orders on our shop and all of them are willing to wait. I hope you can too. We have great range of derma products that is worth the wait.
